Deposit Paid and in what form?

A Deposit of the bride’s balance discussed in previous emails is required to book the wedding date. This is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid by cash, check, or VENMO, and will be taken at the time of the wedding preparation. Due to the nature of business, your date will not be officially held until a deposit is paid and contract received by Ally. Your deposit will be deducted from the wedding day balance. Please inform all people receiving makeup services on the day of, of the accepted forms of payment. I require at least 5 people receiving makeup services to travel to your location, unless other negotiations are made during the trial session. The bridal party will be held responsible to pay for the number agreed upon in the contract. The party can be added to with prior notice. In event I have a family emergency, serious illness, or act of god, I will find other artists to take over the party for me. The money will be transferred to them, or back to you, in this event. After the wedding, I contact the photographer for photos that I can use in my portfolio. If you do not release the rights to the photos, please do not submit this form with the photographers information. Please send a check in the amount of your deposit balance to Ally Triolo 959 Bypass 123 Suite C Senca SC 29678, or VENMO @atmua Confirmation of the receipt of this bridal contract and deposit will be notified via email or text. Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the wedding day without any extra charges.
